HTM CANCELLATION POLICY
We are a small business and when we plan an event/ camp/ clinic, we set up our coaching commitments, field accommodations, curriculum planning, etc. FAR in advance. It is very difficult when we have last minute cancellations as our revenue margins are very tight, which is how we can offer our services at competitive rates.

Please note the cancellation policy:

Cancel 30 days or more before event: full refund

Cancel less than 30 days: $75 fee to be retained from registration.

Cancel during the week of the camp: no refund.
